Below is a photo i took when we went to London for the bfi cinematography masterclass. I absolutely adore this photo because of the guy with the red hoodie . As the sky is really the only other part of this photo that has real color, he immediately grabs your eye just like the photo above.

Tints and shades in fashion
For like eye shadows and glitters you'd usually have tints and shades of broken colors and pure hues. They all tend to be not too far from natural skin tones. Again when it comes to make up, color theory is very important; using colors carefully to contrast and make others look dominant.you don't wanna look like this douche below do you?

Eye colours
Honestly speaking, I've seen some AMAZING naturally occurring colors in eyes of living beings. Obviously some people wear contacts but usually you can always tell if someones eyes are real. Like this guy below you can see the green edge and brown center - gorgeous mixture - known as hazel eyes.
As brown is derived from red a green, these eyes have a large scope of broken colors.
I could sit here at my laptop and take a sample of almost every colour in the iris here but thats long...
Anyways, Animals have beautiful eye colors too. There are eye colours which animals have which humans cant. For example, this Red eyed tree frog. Never seen someone who's not wearing contacts have this XD
You do see people with eyes like lions but its so rare. My friend has this eye color but because we have pupils, the color of the iris gets darker as it gets to the pupil. In terms of color theory adding black to a pure hue color makes it a shade.
